Drivers requirements for Pre-Employment
• Copy of Drivers' License AZ or New Mexico
• Copy of Social Security and Citizenship
• No DWI within the last 5 years
• Copy of Driving Record (MVD) from AZ or NM• Clean criminal record
• Pass drug test
• Must be able to obtain AZ fingerprint clearance card (level-one)
• Must be able to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate
• Have a reliable telephone
Copies of the following if available
• First Aid
• CPR
• TB Test
